Commercial Boiler Technician
Boiler Technicians – This Is Your Moment. Let’s Fire It Up.
Are you the one who gets called when the heat has to come back on? Do you speak fluent “psi,” know your way around flame safeguard controls, and feel most alive elbow-deep in a boiler room at 6am with steam hissing in the background? Then you just might be the legend we’re looking for.
We’re hiring a Commercial Boiler & Burner Service Technician who’s ready to take their skills to the next level. This full-time position is your chance to join an elite team handling checkout, commissioning, service, and troubleshooting of serious heat-producing beasts—boilers, burners, and mechanical systems that keep buildings alive.
Why You’ll Want This Job:
Job security with a company that’s been rocking the Northeast for 50+ years
Real training & growth — not just buzzwords
Supportive team where your experience actually matters
Competitive pay, full benefits, and room to move up
Your own truck, tools, and the respect you’ve earned
What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspecting, calibrating, and troubleshooting commercial boilers, burners, and all the controls that go with them
Reading schematics like a bedtime story
Solving problems others can’t touch
Interacting with clients like a pro (because you are one)
Occasionally putting in the extra hours when the job demands
- We’re looking for someone with a strong background in combustion systems. Ideally, you have hands-on experience performing combustion efficiency testing and commissioning commercial burners and control systems ranging from 100 HP to 2000 HP, for both hot water and steam applications.
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of hands-on boiler and burner experience (more is even better)
Solid HVAC mechanical knowledge
Confidence reading wiring diagrams and schematics
A sharp mind and a strong work ethic
A valid driver’s license and a good sense of direction
Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and still smile afterward
Ready to Work Somewhere You’re Actually Valued?
We’re not the kind of shop where you get forgotten. We’re the kind where your name gets known, your skills get sharpened, and your career gets built.
If you're passionate about heat, pressure, and performance — and want to work with a crew that takes pride in getting the job done right — we want to hear from you.
Apply now. Let’s turn up the pressure (in a good way).
