- Pay Range: $20‑$28/hr, DOE

- Oversee site work and system operations
- Assess job priorities and make decisions accordingly
- Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress
- Give instructions on tasks to be completed
- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain records and logs of work performed, materials, and equipment used
- Understand pump controls, piping configurations, and SCADA systems operation
- Perform inspections and maintenance tasks
- Understand basic electrical safety requirements and landfill drawings/layouts
- Weld HDPE pipe and fittings; extrusion weld HDPE liner material
- Inventories and request equipment and supplies as needed
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures with an emphasis on safety
- Implement lock‑out / tag‑out procedures
- High school education
- Minimum of 5 years relevant construction experience
- Experience leading a construction crew
- Leadership and strong collaboration skills
- Customer/Client focus
- Decision making, ethical conduct, and problem solving
- Project management experience
