• Oversee site work and system operations
• Assess job priorities and make decisions accordingly
• Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress
• Give instructions on tasks to be completed
• Ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain records and logs of work performed, materials, and equipment used
• Understand pump controls, piping configurations, and SCADA systems operation
• Perform inspections and maintenance tasks
• Understand basic electrical safety requirements and landfill drawings/layouts
• Weld HDPE pipe and fittings; extrusion weld HDPE liner material
• Inventories and request equipment and supplies as needed
• Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures with an emphasis on safety
• Implement lock‑out / tag‑out procedures

• High school education
• Minimum of 5 years relevant construction experience
• Experience leading a construction crew
• Leadership and strong collaboration skills
• Customer/Client focus
• Decision making, ethical conduct, and problem solving
• Project management experience
