Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative ensures that customer needs are met efficiently, professionally, and consistently. This role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming or outgoing customer communications, handling inquiries, complaints, and support issues while coordinating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

. We’re growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service needs
• Schedule appointments and provide service information
• Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service
• Make outbound calls for scheduling and maintenance
• Promote services and memberships
• Update customer information and notes in the system

• Customer service, call center, or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with computers and typing
• Detail-oriented and dependable
