• Assist with hiring and training new Beauty Consultants
• Provide ongoing team training
• Conduct customer consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
• Handle cash and perform opening/closing procedures
• Track and report performance metrics

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership or management experience is helpful
• Minimum age 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods (up to 7 hours/day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds comfortably
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
