Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Mercy Clinic Sunset, FLOAT seeks a Primary Care Nurse to work with Providers and the care team to deliver patient-centered care across an attributed panel. You will triage calls/messages and support scheduling, integrating care coordination to uphold Mercy Service Standards.

The role begins with on-site training for three months, followed by a 50/50 hybrid schedule for a full-time position, with monthly on-site clinic meetings.
