Shift Manager – Franchise‑Owned McDonald’s Restaurant

We are hiring a Shift Manager for a McDonald’s location operated by an independent franchisee. All employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, and scheduling, are handled by the franchise, not by McDonald’s USA.

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Plan and manage each shift’s operations.
• Monitor team performance, safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with crew, other managers, and the next Shift Manager.
• Track targets and assist departments in meeting their goals.
• Oversee food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, quality food production, customer service, scheduling, and training.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum age 18 years.
