CONCESSION LEAD
The Concession Lead position is Seasonal
(Mid-April through Mid-September with hiring and training beginning as early as December)
The Concession Lead will assist the Concession Manager with all daily operations of the concession and helps with Guest Service as needed. The Concession Lead will assist with inventory and stocking, performing opening and closing duties, training of the staff, and any other duties as deemed necessary for day-to-day operations of City Concession Locations. The Concession Lead provides excellent customer service while selling, preparing, and serving food items and beverages to patrons of Collinsville Aqua Park.
The Concession Lead helps ensure order at the concession stand and throughout the park by enforcing rules and protocols. The Concession Lead can act as Manager in the absence of the Concession Manager.
- 17 years of age or older
- Individuals that have current Serv Safe Food Manager Certification, or can gain certification by employment and have 1-3 years of concession management experience
- Familiarity with money handling, group rentals, recreation software, and customer service
- Familiarity with the supervision and operation of pools, pool chemicals, backwashing, and filters. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate tasks to staff.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Ability to use various computer programs including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software programs and to accurately count money and run reports.
Physical Requirements- Ability to walk, run, stand, sit and complete a variety of motor skills
- Ability to walk and/or stand on concrete for the majority of your shift
- Ability to bend to the floor and reach overhead
- Ability to lift and carry 30-70 pounds regularly to chest height
- Ability to hear and see well
