$15.00 – $18.00 per hour (plus commission of up to 8%)

We are seeking entry‑level, part‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The associate will serve customers on both the lending and retail sides, processing sales, loans, and other transactions.

• Greets and interacts with customers, recommending appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains clean sales floor, stocked merchandise, and accurate displays.
• Processes sales and loan transactions according to established policies.
• Handles cash and negotiable items in compliance with policies.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers and managers to create positive customer experiences.
• Completes assigned training and performs related duties as required.

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform extended standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and be firearms certified.
• Minimum age 18 years; high school diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work as part of a team.
• Fast‑paced multi‑tasking ability.
• Basic math proficiency; cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate; POS and office machine proficiency.
