Take control of your income while working outside and talking to people all day. We are hiring Residential Sales Representatives to join our growing Clearwave Fiber team. This is a field role where you walk neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and help them switch to fast and reliable fiber internet. If you bring the energy, we provide the training, support, and income potential.

• $34,000 base salary
• First year earnings around $68,800 with uncapped commission and six‑figure earning potential with strong performance
• Paid training Monday through Friday for your first two weeks
• Benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) match
• Company laptop, branded gear, marketing materials, and mileage reimbursement
• Eligible for a company vehicle after one month based on fleet availability

• Work in your assigned territory at least 5 hours a day in the field with an eight‑hour full workday
• Walk 3 to 5 miles most days in your assigned territory
• Knock on doors, start conversations, and close sales
• Explain the benefits of Clearwave Fiber internet in a simple and confident way
• Attend some community events and one Saturday event per month

• You like talking to people and are comfortable meeting new people face to face
• You can be on your feet and outdoors for several hours
• You must have a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and a current driver's license in good standing
• You have a mobile phone that can download and use work apps
• You are at least 18 years old
• No sales experience required, we will train you
