Fairview Heights, IL
. Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays. Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are not available. Must be available for required shifts.

This position requires 75% to 80% standing/walking and is about 75% to 80% outside. It is a driving position; a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

We are a THC‑free and drug‑free workplace. All candidates must be willing to participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation (mouth swab and/or urinalyses; drug screen includes testing for THC). Interviews will be in‑person at our office on Thursdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Proper interview attire is required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois.
• Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and walk up/down flights of stairs; this position is about 75% to 80% standing/walking.
• Must be able to walk outdoors; position will be up to about 75% to 80% outside.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record needed. This is a driving position; all positions include driver certification.
• Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months.
• Average computer skills needed; above average computer skills a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Have reliable transportation (public transportation is not available at most of our site locations).
• Have a reliable working communication device (cell phone).
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great diligence and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid effective judgment and use proper de‑escalation.
