School Bus Driver – First Student (Collinsville, IL)

Join us as a Part‑Time School Bus Driver with First Student, a leading provider of student transportation services. You will transport students safely to and from school each day while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

• A split shift: early‑morning before‑school pickup and afternoon drop‑off with free hours in between.
• Guaranteed shift of hours per school day—no nights or weekends unless desired.
• Opportunity to gain additional hours through trips and charters when available.

• $22/hour starting wage (dependent on experience).
• $500 referral bonus*.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus**.
• Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) bonus: $750 if presented within 7 days of completing the Virtual CLP class; $250 if presented within 14 days.
• Paid CDL training.
