As a key member of our high-energy, high-volume Business Development Center (BDC), you will be the friendly voice helping customers schedule essential service appointments for their vehicles. With locations spanning Chester, Richmond, Petersburg, and Williamsburg, you ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

• Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls:
  Respond to customers’ service inquiries and proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule timely service appointments.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service:
  Build rapport with customers, address their service needs, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional.
• Maximize Opportunities:
  Use your skills to upsell services, generate repeat business, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate Across Locations:
  Work seamlessly with the service departments across multiple locations in Chester, Richmond, Petersburg, and Williamsburg.
