The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document all therapy services accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and ethical practice guidelines

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility
• Excellent interpersonal, clinical reasoning, and communication skills
