Autism Center of Excellence is strengthening our clinical team in Colonial Heights and adding opportunities for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at multiple experience levels. This role offers a supportive environment, structured clinical systems, and clear pathways for advancement — including senior-level and leadership-track opportunities.
We welcome both early-career and experienced BCBAs.
- Location: Colonial Heights, VA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Employment Type: Full-time, exempt
- Compensation: $85,000–$125,000 per year
- BCBA: $85,000–$105,000
Senior BCBA: $105,000–$125,000
(Ranges include base pay + performance incentives.)

What You’ll Do:Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and program updates
- Review data trends and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes
- Provide direct clinical support and case oversight
- Mentor and support RBTs, BTs, and clinical team members
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and training
- Senior-level clinicians may assist with onboarding, mentoring, and quality initiatives
- Communicate progress and treatment recommendations
- Support generalization and caregiver involvement
- Partner with leadership to maintain consistent clinic operations
- Contribute to workflow, scheduling, and quality improvements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Eligible for or holding Virginia LBA
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- 3+ years BCBA experience (ideal for senior-level roles)
- Experience supervising clinical staff in a clinic-based ABA setting
