• Obtain quality MRI images of patients.
• Comply with radiation safety guidelines and screen patients for contraindications.
• Perform all necessary computer operations and maintain patient care in a professional manner.
• Prepare MRI scanner and perform quality control tests.
• Administer contrast media as required.
• Review each exam for technical accuracy and identify anatomical orientation.
• Maintain educational requirements and participate in department QA.
• Ensure patient safety and keep the department organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.
• Vocational School Graduate.
• ARRT-MR or ARRT-R within one year of employment.
