Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Clinic-Based

$18.00–$27.00 per hour

Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring experienced Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in our Colonial Heights clinic.

This role is ideal for candidates who already have experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, education, or similar pediatric environments and are looking for a supportive, team-focused clinical setting with consistent weekday hours.

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect accurate session data and documentation
• Maintain a safe, positive learning environment
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team and families

• Behavior Technician (BT): $18–$21 per hour
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $22–$27 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, certification, and role.

Strongly Preferred:

• Prior ABA, behavioral health, education, or childcare experience
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

We especially welcome candidates with previous ABA or pediatric clinical experience

Training is provided for Behavior Technicians who are not yet certified as RBTs.
