Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA — Colonial Heights, VA; On-Site

We provide best-in-class ABA services to help children with autism develop independence, communication skills, and confidence. We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Colonial Heights, VA clinic.

In this role, you will develop and supervise individualized ABA programs, oversee the work of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, and collaborate closely with families and clinic leadership to ensure high-quality, ethical care.

This is a Monday–Friday, on-site position in a center-based therapy environment.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to BTs/RBTs
• Ensure accurate data collection and program fidelity
• Conduct caregiver training
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance
• Collaborate with the clinic team to support client progress

• Active BCBA certification — required
• Eligible for Virginia LBA licensure — required
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Ability to supervise and support BTs and RBTs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA practice

• Base salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year
