We are seeking a motivated General Manager Trainee to join our team. The General Manager Trainee is responsible for the proper management of all departments at the assigned plant(s) and serves as the senior manager of that location. In this position, the Trainee is accountable for achieving the revenue and profit goals of the assigned site(s).

• Oversee daily operations across Service, Production, Sales, Quality, and Administration
• Assist in budgeting, expense control, and P&L performance
• Support staffing, training, and employee development
• Engage with customers and resolve operational issues
• Occasionally, step in during emergencies to fill in the department that is in need
• Other duties as required

• Demonstrated managerial experience with strong organizational skills
• 2+ years in each of the following: customer service, sales, production management, and supervisory roles
• Plant Manager, AGM, or Sales/Service Management experience is a plus
• 1+ year in consulting, training, employee relations, goal setting, and problem-solving
• Must be able to recruit and develop staff members and conduct employee reviews
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet goals with resourcefulness
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
• Bachelor s or higher degree preferred
• Prior P&L responsibility preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Stable work history
• 20% travel during training period
• Relocation to any Prudential facility after completion of training
