Assembler II responsible for programming, operating, and basic troubleshooting of automated and/or robotic machinery in the production of sheet‑metal refrigerated cases.

• Read and comprehend an “A” order.
• Identify parts used on the assigned product line and their placement location on the product.
• Identify power and hand tools used on the assigned product line.
• Read and comprehend the work order.
• Perform assembly‑type functions using hand or power tools.
• Identify parts and part descriptions using work order information.
• Utilize information given on material gauging and dimensioning.
• Read rulers, tape measures, metal squares, and other measuring instruments.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Work as a team member building units to completion.
• Perform appropriate preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, or kneeling.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical aids.
• Work is performed within a production environment subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, mechanical parts, increased noise levels, and dust.
