Prudential Overall Supply is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of our Laundry facility in Colonial Heights, VA. The role includes managing production, warehouse, and maintenance staff, ensuring quality standards, controlling costs, and maintaining inventory.

• Lead daily production and schedule production flow
• Manage production, warehouse, and maintenance teams
• Monitor production flow, control costs, and maintain quality standards
• Maintain product inventory and regulate product inventory
• Handle all staffing duties: hiring, promotion, training, coaching, and employee reviews

• 1+ year managerial or supervisory experience in a production environment
• Experience controlling budgets, setting schedules, and meeting production deadlines
• Production-line scheduling and staff scheduling experience
• Lean management experience utilizing computer controls
• Growth oriented and career minded
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Competitive hourly rate and base pay range $75,000 – $85,000 per year
