Assembly Production Associate

Our client, Production Support & Remanufacturing is seeking a Assembler to join their team. As a Assembler, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting daily line operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and the drive to collaborate with others to meet production goals.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform assigned production line duties accurately and on time based on work instructions, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing of remanufactured products.

+ Prepare tools, equipment, and the workstation for each task, and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift.

+ Continuously review and improve quality and production procedures to support productivity and efficiency.

+ Use and maintain micrometers, gauges, and other testing equipment to verify product conformity.

+ Maintain accountability of inventory in the assigned workstation and properly issue parts as needed for the remanufacturing process.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or equivalent required.

+ Relevant work experience in any combination of: warehouse environment work, direct production line work, and/or inventory control experience.

+ Ability to operate hand tools and follow established policies and procedures.

+ Basic understanding of computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and use other company software.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
