Plasma Center Nurse - LPN (Bio Life Plasma Services)
Join Bio Life Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd., as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse). In this role you will support plasma collection operations and contribute to the delivery of life‑changing medicines.
Responsibilities- Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, and blood testing.
- Manage donor adverse events and evaluate donor reactions in accordance with SOPs.
- Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable test results.
- Refer medical issues to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance.
- Support Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.
- Manage employee incidents and coordinate further evaluation with occupational health/ER.
- Serve as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations related to pandemic threats.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or graduate level education in a recognized nursing program with state requirements.
- Currently licensed or certified as an LPN or LVN in the state of assignment.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Fulfill state IV therapy requirements.
- Completion of FDA approved training for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
- Two years of clinical or hospital experience.

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $23.85 – $32.79 (actual wage may vary by qualifications and experience).
