Job Summary

The primary role and responsibility of a Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights Team Member is to uphold our

Responsibilities & Expectations

* Takes personal ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose

* Willingly serves with excellence in all areas of the business: dining room, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen

* Exceeds all Food Safety regulations

* Adheres to Team Member Handbook policies

* Provides REMARKable customer service during all encounters with guests

* Moves quickly and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests and the team

* Goes the Second Mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals

* Proactively seeks opportunities to serve, clean, stock, etc.

Qualifications - The ideal Team Member has....

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

* Standing and walking up to 8 hours/day

* Fast-paced, repetitive tasks in an often noisy environment
