About the Position
Shift Manager for a McDonald’s franchise restaurant operating independently of McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters.
Responsibilities- Lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service.
- Plan shifts, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance.
- Manage crew, schedule shifts, and provide training and coaching.
- Maintain safety, security, and profitability while communicating with succeeding Shift Managers.
- Help departments meet targets and support overall business operations.
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
