As a Security Officer – Access Control Lobby, you will deter security incidents by monitoring entrances and exits, performing routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence while providing exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Wednesday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Friday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively following established protocols
• Monitor and control access points to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, reporting any suspicious activity or concerns
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and observations during each shift
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to foster a positive atmosphere and address security‑related questions or concerns

• A guard card or license is preferred
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• Criminal history considered consistently with applicable laws
• Drug screening required as permitted by law
• Licensing requirements subject to state‑local laws and may be required before employment
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions
