Technician III – Industrial Mechanical

A Technician III – Industrial Mechanical will have experience in a manufacturing environment installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, as well as the physical structure of an industrial facility.

• Observe and inspect our machinery and facility and to make recommendations for changes in procedures and structures.
• Install, maintain, inspect, and initiate repairs and correction of machinery and equipment.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers, electrical and electronic components of automated machinery.
• Locate parts and prices to effect repairs, complete required forms for purchases.
• Use the National Electrical Code, manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machinery and associated equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed using Fixx work order system.
• Keep work area in clean, safe, and orderly manner
• Operate forklift or boom lift.
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years in Industrial Mechanical/Machinist
• 4 years or more in machine based Industrial Electrical/Electronics,
• Be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate various Saws, drills, bench tools and hand tools.
• Familiar with work order systems

• Certification
• High School and Trade School or Apprenticeship.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear.
• The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• The employee must be able to work at heights over 100 feet occasionally.
• Occasional overtime and extended hours are required.

Pay Range: USD 33.16 - 40.01 Hourly This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
