Water Fitness Instructor at American Family Fitness

• Instructs fitness classes at club and industry standard levels.
• Monitors and educates patrons on fitness and safety during classes.
• Assists members, answers questions, and maintains a positive exercise experience for members and class participants.
• Presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Maintains a high standard of customer service.
• Develops class participation by being supportive and enhancing the aquatic program and American Family.
• Adheres to and follows all wet area rules and policies.
• Keeps management informed of pool activities, facility needs, and significant issues/problems as they arise.
• Attends all mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Willing to fill in and substitute classes as needed.
• Performs other related duties as requested by management.
• Reports to Aquatic Manager.
