Sourcing Supervisor at Strategic Employment Partners (SEP)

Well-established and growing company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-impact role focused on supporting leadership with timely and accurate financial data. Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Hands-on experience with month-end and account reconciliations
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with modern accounting systems

Pluses

• Experience supporting multi-entity or project-based accounting
• Exposure to external audits or financial compliance processes
• Familiarity with capital asset tracking or transaction-level accounting
• Experience in industries such as construction, manufacturing, or real estate
• Comfort working across teams to support operational and financial initiatives
