• Efficiently post approximately 350 car deals each month.
• Accurately post funding notices and reserves to ensure seamless financial transactions.
• Clean schedules and manage warranty cancellations.
• Perform related duties as assigned and showcase adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
• Make impactful decisions while working in a collaborative environment that values professionalism and integrity.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Effective presentation skills in one‑on‑one and small group settings with customers and colleagues.
• Problem‑solving skills and detail orientation.
• Customer‑focused attitude.
