Unanet Billing Specialist - Part Time

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of billing experience in Federal, State & Local government and Commercial contracting industry.
• Either an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Srong knowledge of Unanet Accounting system
• Minimum one year as Unanet Admin for all modules
• Strong knowledge of specific Unanet functional areas:
  • Timesheets
  • Contracts and Project Profiles
  • Person Profiles
  • Orgnanizations
  • Financials
  • Reports
  • Admin
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with accounting principles and GAAP
• Experience with government contracting and FAR compliance
• Experience administering professional services
• Knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations
• Knowledge of DCAA cost accounting standards
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have strong work ethic
• Must be well organized and a self-starter
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem solving skills, intermediate accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
