We are hiring for a Creative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support two Senior Development Executives on the Co-Pro Development/Limited Series Team. This includes heavy scheduling, rolling calls, managing submission logs, and supporting departmental functions for each team. You will gain a first‑hand look at Studio TV development.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThis role includes heavy scheduling, call volume & rolling calls, heavy travel organization, expenses, management of databases, submission logs, and select creative evaluation. The successful candidate will be able to effectively prioritize, manage multiple deadlines and competing needs, and have excellent communication with their executives to help balance workload between the two desks. They should have an interest in TV development and a deep understanding of the Prime Video slate and the current television landscape.
BasicQualifications
- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience assessing industry talent and trends, or experience as an assistant at a studio or production company
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience as an assistant in an unscripted department at an agency, studio or unscripted production company
- 2+ years as an agency, studio or production company assistant, or 1+ years of experience as an assistant to a creative executive

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
