Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
We are interviewing immediately for an Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO of this well‑regarded organization. You’ll be a key partner ensuring operations run smoothly while helping lead executive‑level coordination, board engagement, donor support, and event logistics. You’ll serve as the “organizational glue,” anticipating needs, keeping things on track, and bringing a calm, polished presence to the workplace.

ScheduleMonday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on‑site with some flexibility)
What You’ll Be Doing- Act as a trusted extension of the CEO: manage priorities, anticipate needs, and provide administrative support
- Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare board/donor briefings
- Support the senior leadership team with internal and external communications
- Coordinate logistics for Board and Foundation Board meetings, take minutes, and maintain records
- Partner with donor relations staff to schedule meetings, manage follow‑ups, and support event planning
- Manage front office and administrative functions in a fast‑paced, professional setting
- Lead coordination of internal appreciation events and act as liaison to building and tech services
- 3+ years supporting C‑level executives, preferably in nonprofit, arts, or mission‑driven settings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organization, time management, and multi‑tasking skills
- Proactive, articulate, professional, and detail‑oriented
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, plus Teams and One Drive
- Comfortable managing confidential information with discretion
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and attend local events
- Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 depending on experience
