- Scan, upload, and organize documentation returned from Manufacturing and Test teams.
- Support the Document Control team in assembling and preparing manufacturing document books.
- Ensure documents are accurately indexed, properly stored, and compliant with internal filing standards.
- Perform miscellaneous Document Control tasks as needed (e.g., labeling, filing, tracking document status, maintaining SharePoint folders).
- Communicate with Manufacturing and Test teams to ensure timely return and processing of required documents.
- Assist with updating standard production and planning reports.
- Support planners with basic scheduling tasks such as reviewing order status or releasing production orders in SAP.
- Maintain shared Excel workbooks with information gathered from emails, meetings, SharePoint, and other systems.
- Enter data into systems used for planning metrics or management reporting, such as Team Guru.
- Document Control & Records Management
- ERP System Familiarity (SAP Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency
- Production Planning
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred (not required if trainable).
- 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, admin support, document control, or production support preferred.
