The Detailer will wash, wax, buff, and vacuum vehicles, clean interiors, apply protective chemicals, and perform light mechanical detailing tasks such as engine compartment cleaning. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Wash the exterior of vehicles using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Wax, buff, and apply protective waxes or sealants to maintain finish quality.
• Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery, and remove debris.
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservatives.
• Clean and protect leather or fabric surfaces, including the use of dyes and waxes as needed.
• Remove grease from engine compartments when required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
• Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before customer delivery.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as production needs dictate.

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Quick learner and willingness to adapt to new processes.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ready to work Saturday or Sunday and any holidays as needed.
• Experience levels:
  Detail Specialist 1 (some experience) and Detail Specialist 2 (2+ years of experience).
