Base pay range: $41,811.00/yr - $99,650.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities- Process military finance actions such as purchase requests, GPC/TDY, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, and unfunded requirements (UFRs) analysis.
- Leverage DEAMS, Wide Area Workflow, US Bank, Defense Travel System, and Financial Management Suite to manage financial resources.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial execution.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
- Design and conduct studies to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency in major command programs.
- Plan, organize, and negotiate effectively with senior analysts and management to accept and implement recommendations involving substantial resources.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy in both oral and written forms.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- May be required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations.
- Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed "unscheduled telework".
- May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis.
- May be required to travel by military or commercial aircraft in the performance of TDY assignments.
- PCS /relocation funding is authorized.
- Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY) approximately 7 days per year.
- Financial Management Level 2 Certified position IAW the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012; compliance with certification program required.
- Must file an OGE-450 Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of assuming the position and annually thereafter.
- Required to attend annual ethics and procurement integrity training.
