Job Overview
Seeking a contractor to partner with for an ongoing pipeline of projects. This is a 1099 position.
Requirements- Contractor's License
- General Liability Insurance
- Work's Comp Insurance
Bathroom Remodel to include demolition (of existing bath space), bathtub, shower, flooring, countertops, tile, shower glass door, plumbing, electrical; subcontractors provide own supplies (bolts, grout, etc), not materials (shower, tub, tile, fixtures, etc.).
Start:
Ready Now
Duration: 2-3 weeks per project, backlog of projects to complete
Pay is 20% upfront and remaining balance at project completion
