Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm, Saturdays likely during peak season. Hours and days can vary based upon Owner/GC Requirements and workload.

Elite Surface Infrastructure (ESI) is a growing company located in Englewood Colorado and has been working along the Colorado front range since 1998. ESI is one of the largest construction companies in Colorado that self‑performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for Infrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the commercial, municipal, and federal sectors.
POSITIONSUMMARY
Oversees and manages all aspects of site concrete operations, including managing a concrete crew. This position is responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with customers, inspectors and the general public.

- Schedules and supervises daily activities of concrete personnel including preparing and submitting daily timesheets, progress reports, code receipts and/or invoices, track change of conditions that impact contract cost and scheduling.
- Ordering materials and equipment for concrete work on projects.
- Work with scheduling department to provide proper manpower and equipment needs are available and provided for project.
- Ensuring concrete work conforms to applicable plans and specification.
- Manage quality control to ensure all work meets acceptable quality standards.
- Supervise and direct proper safety standards for concrete crews.
- Ability to read plans and specifications that govern concrete work.
- Work alongside crews, operating equipment and or performing general labor work to complete construction projects safely and within contract requirements.
- Calculates required quantities of concrete and materials.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
- Maintain ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and qualify for company auto insurance.
Other Requirements:
Clean Driving record and the ability to pass a background investigation, and drug screening. Able to access State & Federal Facilities.
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Valid Driver's License
- 3 years concrete experience
- Must understand A.D.A requirements.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
- Meet the requirements under FMCSA for a qualified driver to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle which include Part 391.11 Subpart B (b)(2) “Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records”. (CDL NOT required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (hard hat, eye and ear protection, safety vest, gloves, dust mask or respirator, fall protection gear, etc.). Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
