We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our team specializing in Division 10 (Specialties) construction. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of a variety of specialty products, such as bathroom partitions, accessories, lockers, wall protection, and visual display, across commercial and industrial construction projects. The role requires proficiency with standard construction tools, including power drills, levels and specialized Division 10 installation equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of construction techniques, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform, supervise, and manage the installation of Division 10 products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Lead and direct a team of installers, providing hands-on guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality installations.
- Train and mentor junior installers on proper techniques and quality assurance procedures.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to determine the correct installation methods for all products.
- Ensure all installations meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications; conduct inspections to verify the integrity and functionality of installed products.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, GCs, and subcontractors, often utilizing email and construction management software (e.g., Procore) to coordinate schedules and resolve issues on-site.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies; promote a culture of safety on the job site.
- Oversee the storage and proper handling of materials on site, ensuring that everything needed for installations is available and in good condition.
- Address any issues that arise during installation and work to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and notes and issues of the job, including Daily Logs and Observations within Procore.
- Experience: If you have at least 2 years of experience working with Division 10 Specialties products and 1 year in a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in commercial and industrial construction environments is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Division 10 products, materials, and installation techniques. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred; other relevant trade certifications are a plus.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
