Tepa Companies is seeking Construction Laborers to join their team supporting the Mountain States Region. These positions involve hands-on work at active construction sites, offering a dynamic environment for those with experience in general construction. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, skilled with tools, and eager to contribute to a variety of site tasks.

• Wage: $19.81 - $30.76 per hour
• Per diem for travelers 95+ miles from the job site

• 2+ years of general construction experience, including exposure to utility work, earth work, and/or concrete work
• Knowledge of and ability to use power and hand tools, materials, and other equipment used on construction sites
• Knowledge of excavation and back filling methods, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures specific to labor work, including OSHA standards
• Exposure to trench safety, excavation safety, and other applicable safety standards
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check in compliance with federal regulation
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
