jet Center locations include:
Colorado Springs, CO, Denver, CO and Fort Collins-Loveland, CO.

The Colorado Springs (COS) location is seeking to fill a part-time Concierge position. The Concierge position entails handling reservations for hotels, rental cars, and limos for inbound aircraft, processing fuel invoices, displaying strong customer service and the ability to multi-task; plus other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities:

• Age 18+
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral form
• Strong customer service skills
• Team player
• Quick learner
• Ability to multi-task
• Problem solving / conflict resolution skills, with knowledge of when to elevate
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check, non-DOT physical (post offer); certain positions may require a credit check.

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities:

• Prior FBO experience a plus

• Representative of the physical demands required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job; reasonable accommodations may be made.
• Regularly sit; use hands to finger, handle, feel, talk; or stand regularly, particularly when speaking with customers.
• Occasionally walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, kneel, crouch.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Specific vision requirements: close vision, depth perception, ability to distinguish colors and adjust.
• Mobility, strength, dexterity in arms and legs to reach upward, sideways, downward to work with paper files; to use computer, fax, copier, other office equipment.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, drawings, safety guides; sufficient visual capacity without assistive devices; sufficient spoken aural capacity to hear warning alarms or spoken instructions; ability to impart information orally.

Compensation includes a base salary and competitive benefits package. (Must be full-time to be eligible for benefits)

$17-21 per hour, depending on experience/location
