CSR – In Office Sales Representative

Fred Loya Insurance Agency is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our in-office sales team.

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Answers questions regarding customers’ policies.
• Accepts payments and processes transactions.
• Identifies potential needs for customers regarding their policies.
• Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintains a neat and clean work area and office.
• Handles FNOLs (vehicle inspections) and takes vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing).
• Performs bank run deposits.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, assertive demeanor, and ability to provide a first-rate customer experience.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
