Receptionist - Springs Ranch

We are seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to join our team at Springs Ranch memory care.

Part‑time opportunity
Earn between $16 and $17 /hour, dependent on experience
Multiple shifts available – AM, PM, and weekends

You enjoy providing outstanding customer service. Receptionists are responsible for greeting residents and guests, answering phones, and managing various office functions. They also demonstrate exceptional customer service to current and future employees.

• Answer telephones and direct calls accordingly
• Greet and direct visitors to the community
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as community address, directions, and other related information
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail; maintains and routes publications
• Coordinates pickup and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing, and collating
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to multi‑task and handle a fast‑paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
• Must be drug‑free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
