Our VERY fast paced 7 doctor veterinary practice is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, outgoing, and professional Client Service Coordinator to join our team.

Skills required:

extremely detail oriented - ability to handle a high stress pace - excellent people skills - experience in customer service and ideally veterinary reception - mature, professional, hard-working personality - and a positive, 'can-do' attitude to bring to our team environment. Dependability, including consistent attendance and punctuality, is a must.

Preferred Required

A minimum of three years person-to-person reception experience and excellent phone skills are required; previous employment in a veterinary or medical clinic setting is preferred.
