What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and treat orthodontic issues in both children and adults
  • Create custom treatment plans with braces, clear aligners, retainers, and more
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Build trust with patients by clearly explaining options and treatment journeys
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Stay current with advancements in orthodontics and evolving technologies
  • Educate patients on oral health during treatment and beyond
  • Contribute to practice growth by supporting a strong patient experience

What You Bring

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program
  • Orthodontic Specialty Certificate & licensed to practice in Colorado
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
  • Experience with clear aligners and digital orthodontics is a plus
  • Eagerness to be part of a team-focused, forward-thinking environment
