All Smiles Dental Group located near Powers and Bloomington is hiring! We are seeking a Temp Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time from November 16th-February 19th
.

What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of previous dental front office experience
- Someone that is reliable, outgoing, and detail-oriented
- A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow within a team

Schedule: Full-Time, Temp
- Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm
- Friday 7:45am-2:15pm
Compensation:$20-$25/hour

Responsibilities:- Provide awelcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of previous dental front office experience
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
