Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year (DOE).
Shift: Mon – Fri (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Hours may vary depending on need.
The Multimedia Sales Manager is a strategic driver and hands‑on leader responsible for growing revenue, expanding the digital footprint, and building a high‑performing sales team that delivers customer‑centric advertising solutions. The role leads and grows the station’s broadcast and digital revenue streams. The Final date to receive applications is January 15, 2026.
Responsibilities- Train and coach the sales team on digital and business development best practices
- Recruit, hire, and train digital‑focused multimedia executives
- Develop a steady stream of new business across platforms
- Attend CNAs and pitches regularly with multimedia executives
- Work with the Sales Management Team to employ a‑leadership sales culture
- Forecast revenue weekly
- Proven experience in broadcast and digital sales
- In‑depth knowledge of marketing strategies that drive leads, conversions, and revenue
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities; comfortable influencing senior leaders and mentoring team members
- Previous media sales management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to pitch business decision makers
- Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities
- College degree
- Strong leadership skills and training experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Adaptability and willingness to explore new methods and strategies
- Experience working in CRM
- Ability to successfully complete the MVR check
