One of our favorite Colorado Springs homebuilding clients has a great opportunity to join their team as an Architectural Plans Manager. The role interfaces with 3rd party architects, municipalities, and the field to introduce and modify floor plans. Office is north Springs so could be commutable from south Denver metro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all architectural plans and construction documents for new home builds.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure plans are complete and accurate.
• Review and approve plan revisions, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and company specifications.
• Coordinate with purchasing and estimating departments to ensure plans align with budgets and material requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for plan-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor and implement updates to plans based on feedback, field conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain organized records of all plan versions and documentation.
• Support the development of new product lines and elevation designs.
