Provides dynamic leadership in the school by creating educational options which lead to academic growth and achievement for all students through a thorough knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, supervision and evaluation, staff professional learning, community engagement, and positive school culture; implements a student-focused vision and collaborative leadership style to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of all students.

• Demonstrates organizational leadership by strategically developing a vision and mission, leading change, enhancing the capacity of personnel, distributing resources, and aligning systems of communication for continuous school improvement
• Collaboratively develops the vision, mission, and strategic plan, based on a cycle of continuous improvement of student outcomes, and facilitate their integration into the school community
• Collaborates with staff and stakeholders to implement strategies for change to improve student outcomes
• Establishes and effectively manages systems that ensure high‑quality staff
• Establishes systems and partnerships for managing all available school resources to facilitate improved student outcomes
• Facilitates the design and use of a variety of communication strategies with all stakeholders
