Drafter Security Clearance

Position: Drafter with Security Clearance
Job Description Overview Blue Water Federal is seeking a Drafter to ensure the accuracy and quality of all documents that will be delivered to the government on the SEWS program. The Drafter will work closely with the System Engineers, Theater Engineers, and Cyber Security Engineers to ensure that all drawings accurately reflect the correct information for each artifact. The Drafter will also work closely with Configuration Management to ensure baseline updates have been captured.

Responsibilities
* Develop complete major layout and engineering drawings of complicated components and assemblies such as Network Topologies, Rack Elevations, Interconnect Drawings.

* Cable Assembly Drawings, Installation Drawings, etc., from notes, rough sketches, or general instructions of engineers and designers.

* Review and update engineering drawing and designs to ensure adherence to established customer specifications and standards.

* Create new engineering drawings for all new customer sites and ensure adherence to established customer specifications and standards.

* Change drawings to meet altered engineering requirements based on sketches, specifications, manufacturing procedures or Engineering Change Notices. Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree with 1+ of directly related Drawing Support

* Experience with Microsoft Visio

* Experience with government drawing standards

* Experience with Risk Management Framework

* Active Secret clearance is required
