ISR team is looking for a proven and experienced lead test engineer to support the Peace Krypton (PK) program. THE WORK
As the Lead Test Engineer in this position, you will:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, including test strategy, test design, and test scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineering, software engineering, and hardware engineering, to ensure that systems and products meet customer requirements and industry standards
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test procedures, and test reports
• Lead a team of test engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure that test activities are completed on time and to a high standard
• Develop and maintain test environments, including test beds, test fixtures, and test tools
• Be available and willing to travel internationally to support test events
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand test requirements and ensure that test activities meet their needs
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase test efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior test engineers, including training and mentoring
• Participate in test process improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes WHO WE ARE

• An experienced Senior Test Engineer-Lead responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the PK Ground and Air systems and products.
• A candidate with a strong background in system test engineering (Software and Hardware), with expertise in test planning, test design, and test execution.
• You will be responsible for leading a team of test engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that systems and products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Available and willing to travel internationally to support test events and work closely with global customers and partners. WHY JOIN US

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on complex system design, development, and integration
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Dev Ops practices
